All prices include council tax, gas, water and electricty.

Single Rooms = £75 per week / £325 per calendar month

Double Rooms (Aldershot) = £95 - £105 per week / £411 - £455 per calendar month

Double Rooms (Godalming) = £100 - £110 per week / £433 - £476 per calendar month

Deposit = One month in advance (held in the deposit protection scheme)

Please note that due to bills being included in the rental prices there is a 10% surchange if the room is rented to a couple.
